Eligibility and Submission Guidelines:

• To participate in the Spice Money Photo Contest, entrants must be Indian nationals.
• Submitted photos must be in their original state and should not be altered in any way, including, but not limited to, removing, adding, reversing, or distorting subjects within the frame.
• By entering the contest, participants affirm that the shared picture is not copyrighted by any third party. In the event of copyright infringement, the participant will be disqualified and held responsible for any associated damages.

Legal Jurisdiction:

• Any legal disputes pertaining to the contest will be resolved within the jurisdiction of the Delhi court.

Submission Channel:

• Only entries submitted through the official contest channel will be considered.

Ownership and Usage Rights:

• All submitted entries become the property of Spice Money and may be utilized for any purpose deemed suitable by the company.

Judging and Disqualification:

• Entries will be evaluated by the Spice Money team, and their decisions are final. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is considered inappropriate or does not adhere to the stated contest rules.

Prize and Contact:

• Three top pictures and ten runner-up pictures will be selected in each of the six categories to win prizes and gifts
• The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners will be contacted using the email address or mobile number provided during the entry form submission.

Alterations and Modifications:

• Spice Money reserves the right to modify the rules, terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, and contest period at its sole discretion.
